Woah! its been almost a month since i last made a post in my blog.You can't blame me for that,because even though its the holis,i've been very busy with my cca, sjab,better known as st john ambulance brigade.Some ignorant people might think sjab is a slack cca that is not as tough as ncc(national cadet corps) or npcc(national police cadet corps), but i've had it! Its time people got rid of this thinking.Let me tell you why people think npcc and ncc is tougher than cca.

1.Most of the time when you see npcc or ncc in the school doing their cca, they are always pumping(doing push-ups for those who don't know that).

2.They are always pumping!

3.They are always pumping!

Now let me tell you why sjab is a tougher cca......
1.We have 2weeks of sjab in total during the holis, while npcc has only 2days of training.

Well it doesn't really prove that sjab is the toughest, but if you tried just 1 training of sjab, maybe you would quit the next day.The PT is also very tough.just take today for example, we ran from the sjab hq to the national stadium.Tough right?

Enough of all talking all about sjab.....has anyone watched Prison Break every thursday?Its 1 good show, along with Smallville and Everybody Hates Chris.Those are all good shows to watch when you just wanna relax.

While not many people is interested in superman, if you watch the show smallville, you might just like it.As for prison break, its a show thats something like Lost,which leaves you wanting for more after each episode ends.

Well, i seldom have time to relax nowadays so its the end for this post and time for me to relax.
