Went to exercise just now. Did a type of exercise called Fartlek , which I learned during pe.
Basically I jog along the curve of the track, and sprint along the straight path of the track.
I did 6 rounds. Damn tiring!
I plan to do this every other day, so that I can lose weight! keep fit and pass my napha!
nothing much to blog la. cya!
oh ya, school work is starting to pile up =| Hope I can clear them by tomorrow.
