ok...The zone 5 first aid competition is tomorrow. once again....its is time for me and the rest of the ambulance team, to give our best! to win it!
Feeling abit nervous right now, probably because i feel we hav putted in much more effort into training this year than last year, and though improve in alot of ways, still can't be complacent.
