Anybody who knows me well enough knows that I am a BIG fan of One Piece, I love the manga and anime as much as, if not more than MLTR.
I happened to listen to this song from the anime recently, a pretty old song. The slideshow of pictures from various points in the story together with the wonderful song, made me realise why I love One Piece so much. Why I love it more than any other jap manga/anime.

The story is about Monkey D. Luffy, who's dream is to be the Pirate King and obtain One Piece , the ultimate treasure. He meets many people along the way, some of them joining him in his adventures, becoming his Nakama (Japanese for CloseFriends,Crew.)

It has plenty of action and fighting scenes which keeps my heart racing. Yet there are plenty of moments that really make me laugh like a madman.
Also, every single member of the strawhat crew has a tale to tell. At some point in the story, every single one of them have cried their hearts out.
This anime revolves around themes such as Friendship, Perseverance and Dreams using Comedy, Action and Sadness, and that's what distinguishes One Piece from all other animes and manga. The story is simple and the emotions of the characters are easy to relate to.

Haha I know I sound like I doing some kind of book review, but I simply love

I know it seems abit discouraging that there are 500+ chapters ( the story hasn't finished ever since it was first created in 1997) but think about it this way, if you read the first few chapters and love it already, you got a few hundred more chapters to slowly enjoy!
haha its such a great manga, that over 170million volumes have been sold already.
